Booking a Virtual Party is Easy!

  1. Share your desired event date & time (& time zone)

  2. Share your estimated quantity of kits/participants

  3. Nicole will respond with details on pricing, availability and steps to complete an order.

How do I book a Virtual Event?

  • Workshops range from 30- 60 minutes

  • Minimum requirement ranges from 6-10 kits

  •  No deposit needed to reserve an event.

  • Submit your order form at least 10-12 days in advance in order to receive an invoice and private payment link to finalize your event/order. (Upgrade fee is available last minute requested events)

  • We prefer to use Zoom as we play light Zen music in the background. If your organization requires a different platform we can accommodate & access Teams, Webex or Google Meet.

  • International kits are available for customers in Canada and Great Britian only through our international plant partners. An International kit is an additional $50-$100 per address.

How Do I Receive My Kits?

  • Kits are shipped to each participants home address or a bulk shipment to an office. 

  • All pricing includes shipping!  

  • Kits are shipped out 7-10 days before the virtual party. 

  • Kits include all the supplies needed for your group to immediately open and plant! Some kits only require your team have a pair of scissors.

  • Absolutely! Our workshops are designed to be beginner-friendly, so no previous crafting or artistic experience is required. Your instructor guides everyone through the project step-by-step while still giving participants freedom to make their finished creation unique.

  • Most Party’n With Plants virtual workshops are approximately 60 minutes, making them easy to fit into a company event, employee appreciation day, team-building activity or holiday celebration.

  • Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc. We can create a Zoom or Google Meet link. If you prefer to use Teams, we just ask that your organization creates the Teams link and shares it with us.

  • Typically, we need a 12 day notice, but the more time the better to make sure you get the exact date and time your group desires.
