The centerpiece of the design is a bright sunflower surrounded by a field of sunflowers and blue sky. You'll use black and brown crushed glass to build up the center of the sunflower, while blue crushed glass, colorful pebbles, natural river rocks and sparkling gold glitter add texture and dimension throughout the scene.
One of my favorite features of this project is the multi-dimensional finish. The black and brown crushed glass in the center of the sunflower is intentionally not completely encased in resin, allowing some of the glass to remain raised and textured above the artwork.
